Is Digital Learning effective?
The digital transition is a major trend, and many organizations and institutions are using digital learning techniques. They can be just as effective as “traditional” face-to-face training. They offer interesting features for the lifelong development of professional skills. Particularly when professionals are mobile or on geographically remote sites, and the time to devote to training each day is limited.
Training programs are particularly well suited to developing cognitive and interpersonal skills.
Learning can be synchronous, via chats or video conferences (Webinars, etc.), or asynchronous, through self-study, or a combination of the two ( Blended Learning).
